Nexia Week 2025 has come to an end. It was an exceptional time during which, together with member firms of the international Nexia network, we celebrated collaboration, mutual growth, and shared success.
This year’s edition was more than just a series of events – it became a space for reflection, knowledge exchange, and future planning. Thanks to the active participation of our team and partners from around the world, we were able to gain new perspectives on business and strengthen our sense of belonging to a truly global community.
One of the key themes of Nexia Week was the role of Poland as a bridge connecting Eastern and Western markets. A strong economy, highly skilled workforce, and dynamic innovation ecosystem make our country an increasingly attractive destination for investors. Warsaw, recognized as one of the Top 10 European Cities of the Future 2024, is home to over 60% of international companies operating in Poland and is the fastest-growing city in the region.
We have also not forgotten about the strength of the regions – Poznań is a great example of how local hubs attract investors and create innovative business environments. Our Poznań office, opened in January this year, already allows us to be closer to our Clients and partners in one of the fastest-growing cities in Europe. Having a presence in this region strengthens our ability to respond to the needs of the local market and to provide even better support for projects of both national and international significance.
Nexia Week was also an opportunity to showcase how international collaboration translates into real value for our Clients. A good example is the support we provided to a UK-based manufacturer of industrial furnaces carrying out a project in Poland. Through close coordination within the Nexia network, we ensured full tax compliance – from analyzing obligations, to VAT registration, to ongoing reporting – guaranteeing efficiency and legal security throughout the process.
Equally important was our focus on internal development. At Nexia Advicero, we believe that the success of any organization starts with its people. That is why we promote internal advancement, support skills development through training, mentoring, and participation in international projects, and create an environment in which every team member can grow professionally.
This year, we spent Nexia Day in the heart of Kampinos, where the natural surroundings became an inspiration for reflection and the exchange of experiences. The program included workshops on the role of ecosystems and the interaction of environmental elements, which helped us view the functioning of our organization through the lens of collaboration, balance, and mutual support. The mindfulness sessions, including the “Digital Detox Growth Session,” allowed us to pause, step away from the fast pace of everyday work, and focus on being present – something that will translate into better Client interactions and greater team efficiency. A guided walk through Kampinos National Park offered an opportunity to discuss social responsibility and the impact of business activities on the environment. The day concluded with a campfire, creating space for open integration, relationship-building, and strengthening our sense of community. This day not only brought us closer together but also helped us better understand how our values – quality, respect, and commitment – can translate into everyday actions and long-term business growth.
Looking back at Nexia Week 2025, we can clearly see how much this event has given us: a platform for sharing knowledge and experience, fresh ideas for development, renewed motivation to act, and confirmation that our core values – quality, respect, and commitment – truly guide our work. Every step, from discussions about the potential of the Polish market to celebrating our community and hearing inspiring success stories, brings us closer to achieving even greater results in the future.
