Izabela Gutowska is a Manager at Nexia Advicero. Since 2013, she has gained extensive professional experience, initially in accounting services and subsequently in tax advisory, assisting both Polish and international clients operating across a diverse range of industries.
Her primary area of expertise is Value Added Tax (VAT), while her experience also includes Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and international taxation matters. Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered numerous VAT compliance and reporting projects, including those related to the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, and has conducted comprehensive tax reviews. She also supports clients in proceedings before tax authorities and provides ongoing tax advisory services.
Izabela advises clients throughout the entire VAT lifecycle — from registration and reporting obligations, through day-to-day tax compliance, to strategic support in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. She has significant experience in assessing the VAT implications of international trade, as well as in helping businesses streamline and optimise their tax compliance processes.
She holds a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Insurance from the University of Warsaw. Prior to joining Nexia Advicero in 2023, she gained valuable experience working with leading international consulting firms. She provides tax advisory services in Polish and English.
