Barbara has boast of years of experience in real estate law, advising clients on all legal aspects of real estate transactions and construction investments. She provides comprehensive support at every stage of the investment cycle – from analyzing the legal status of real estate and structuring projects and transactions, to advising on real estate management and drafting commercial lease agreements.
She has experience in handling investment projects in the logistics and warehousing sector, including the preparation, analysis, and negotiation of agreements concerning project management, property management, and lease agreements for warehouse, industrial, and office space.
Barbara gained experience in international law firms. During her practice, she also coordinated the work of the Real Estate team, dividing tasks according to the competences of its members and providing substantive support, which resulted in effective cooperation and timely completion of projects.
Barbara graduated in law from the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg, Germany, where she successfully passed the first German state examination (Erste Juristische Prüfung). After completing her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, she was admitted to the bar in 2018.
